Terms of Use

1. Scope

These terms apply to this informational website and its built-in interactive features. Viewing does not require an account; the current site has no checkout, payments or visitor-uploaded content.

These terms do not replace game licences, store rules or third-party platform agreements. Descriptions, screenshots and release schedules reflect the project as presented at publication and may change during development. An announcement alone is not an offer to enter into a purchase contract.

2. Age and interactive scenes

You may continue browsing the site’s content after confirming that you are at least 18. This is a visitor’s own confirmation, not a document check. If you are under 18, do not continue.

The site may contain adult themes, strong language, frightening scenes, flashing effects and unexpected sounds. If you are sensitive to these effects, do not launch the relevant scenes; close the page if you feel uncomfortable.

Selecting the help track starts an interactive scene: the interface temporarily changes and you have 15 seconds to repair the player. If it is not repaired, a video plays and the page then reloads. This is an artistic effect within the site, not damage to your device. Close the tab to stop the scene immediately.

3. Content and copyright

Text, images, music, video, design and code are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Rights in individual materials may belong to LF Studio, authors, performers or other rightsholders. Naming a track’s author does not transfer rights to use it.

You may use the site’s features for personal viewing and share links to its pages. Publishing material here does not automatically permit selling it, distributing complete copies, claiming authorship or incorporating it into a commercial project. Where permission is required, contact the relevant rightsholder.

These terms do not restrict exceptions and limitations provided by law, including permitted quotation. Information about AI use in particular elements appears in About the Project; it is not a waiver of rights or a substitute for a licence.

4. Acceptable use

Do not disrupt the site, bypass access restrictions, introduce malicious code, create excessive load or access other people’s data. Do not use its materials to infringe rights or impersonate LF Studio.

The project’s events and characters are presented as fiction. Depicting a historical period or a character’s views and actions does not mean that the creators endorse them.

5. External links and availability

Links to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and other external resources lead to sites with their own rules. In particular, trailers open on YouTube. LF Studio does not control those platforms.

Technical interruptions and playback differences between browsers and devices may occur. Automatic audio and video playback may depend on browser permissions. Site information may be updated. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes visitors’ mandatory rights.

6. Questions and rightsholder requests

For questions about the site, use of materials or protection of rights, contact LF Studio’s official Instagram page. If reporting an infringement, identify the material, provide its link, explain the basis of your rights and include a way to reply. Do not send unnecessary personal data.

The Privacy Policy explains technical data and browser settings. The revision date on this page will be updated when these terms change.
