Privacy Policy

1. Scope of this policy

This policy covers the current informational website for the Fun Club project, presented under the LF Studio name. It does not cover separate game applications, store pages or external social platforms.

The site is intended for visitors aged 18 and over. It does not request a birth date or identity documents: the age screen records only confirmation. We do not invite minors to send information about themselves.

2. What is stored on your device

The listed preferences use your browser’s local storage. The site’s code does not set its own HTTP cookies or send these preference values to a separate database.

Language
Your chosen language and the fact that you selected it manually, so the interface remembers your choice on a later visit.
Player
The selected track and volume. These settings do not contain a complete listening history.
Age screen
Confirmation that you are 18 or over during the current tab session. It normally disappears when the session ends; tab restoration depends on the browser.

Persistent preferences have no automatic expiry set by the code: they remain until you clear site data or the browser removes them. The browser may also cache images, audio, video and fonts. A cache by itself is not a visitor profile.

3. Server and external services

Site delivery. When pages and files load, the server receives an IP address, request time, requested address and technical browser headers. Hosting may process this information for delivery, security and diagnostics. For a version on a vercel.app domain, the provider is Vercel. Technical log contents and retention depend on hosting features and settings; this static site’s code does not define them. See Vercel Privacy Policy. You can ask about the hosted version through the contact in section 5.

Google Fonts. The site loads Caveat and Marck Script from Google’s servers. These requests transmit technical information, including an IP address. See Google Fonts FAQ and Google Privacy Policy.

External links. YouTube, Instagram and TikTok open when you follow an external link. This site has no embedded YouTube players or social widgets. Further processing on those platforms follows their own documents. Providers may process data in other countries; their documents describe international transfer arrangements.

Messages to the project. If you contact LF Studio through a social platform, your message, account name and voluntarily provided details are used to handle your request. Do not send identity documents, payment information or other unnecessary details. Correspondence is stored through the chosen platform. You can request deletion of information available to the project through the same contact; deletion by the platform itself follows its rules.

4. Your controls and rights

You can delete saved preferences in your browser settings: open site data, select the Fun Club domain and clear its storage. Language and player settings will return to their defaults, and the age screen may appear again. Clearing the browser does not delete any hosting provider logs.

You can restrict storage and external resources through your browser. This may disable saved preferences or change font display. The site’s code does not make automated decisions with legal effects or create advertising profiles.

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it. You may also contact a competent data protection authority. Not every right necessarily applies equally to every category of information.

5. Contact and updates

For questions about privacy and data processing on this site, contact LF Studio’s official Instagram page. Include the site address, your question and the information concerned. You do not need to send identity documents with your first message.

This policy will be updated if storage changes or analytics, registration, forms or new providers are added. The current revision date appears at the beginning of the page.
